Arbiter is hiring a QA Engineer for its Voice AI Agents. This remote-friendly role collaborates with engineering to investigate and fix issues in live campaigns, with a focus on transcripts, logs, and configuration data. You will write bug reports, triage problems, and contribute to automated QA efforts.

3–5 years QA experience, strong debugging, SQL/API literacy, and Python scripting are highly valued. The role supports remote work with options to be onsite in NYC or Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in QA or similar role on a production software platform.
• A strong debugging instinct and persistent problem solving.
• Comfort reading logs, SQL, and APIs with JSON or YAML config.
• Experience writing test plans and bug reports trusted by engineers.
• Clear written communication and precise documentation habits.
• Good judgment on severity and prioritization when issues pile up.

Responsibilities

• Investigate live campaigns, tracing issues across transcripts, logs, and data to determine root cause.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports with severity, impact, and evidence.
• Triaging issues and routing to the correct owner, coordinating with teams.
