Job summary

Peraton is seeking a QA Tester / Test Engineer to support Department of War applications modernization and cloud migration, performing comprehensive testing across Agile cycles, DevSecOps, and security compliance to ensure functional, security, and performance standards. This role is 100% remote.

You will develop and execute unit, regression, security, and acceptance tests; manage requirements traceability; build automated tests in GitLab using Selenium, JUnit, utPLSQL; coordinate with RMF, Zero

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a BS/BA or 3 years with an MS/MA.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Hands-on with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, utPLSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and security testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute unit, regression, security, and acceptance tests for user stories.
• Manage Requirements Traceability Matrix and write test cases (manual/automated).
• Maintain testing artifacts and validate RMF/Zero Trust alignment.
• Support CI/CD and DevSecOps gates prior to code promotion.
