Job summary

Storage.ae is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure quality across our web apps. You will design and execute automated and manual tests, focusing on reliability and performance. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Software QA, hands-on WDIO, REST API testing, and strong web tech knowledge. Flexible remote options and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing using WDIO.
• Experience testing REST APIs with Postman.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Angular or React.
• Experience with Jira and Git workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using WDIO.
• Perform manual testing for new features and bug fixes.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Validate app across browsers, devices, and OS.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD where possible.
• Provide early feedback to improve testability and quality.
• Monitor test results and report quality metrics.
• Continuously improve QA processes and automation coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning and releases.
• Ensure software meets performance, usability, reliability standards.
