Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual + Automation) for a remote role serving the US market. You will own comprehensive test planning, execute both manual and automated tests, and ensure a stable, production-ready SaaS product.

In this role, you’ll build test scripts with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, collaborate closely with engineering, and monitor quality metrics to prevent defects from reaching users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA/software testing.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated tests across features and integrations.
• Log bugs with clear reproduction steps in Jira/Azure DevOps and provide evidence.
• Retest fixes and validate impacted areas across releases.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and identify root causes.
