WhiteTech is a remote-first fintech company seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our payment solutions meet the highest quality standards. You will own QA within cross-functional product teams, design comprehensive test strategies for UI, API, and integrations, and drive both manual and automated tests to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing test plans across UI, API, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Strong focus on pixel-perfect UI validation and cross-device/browser checks.
• Ability to write structured test cases and detailed bug reports for fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive test strategies covering functional, UI, API, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Drive pixel-perfect validation of complex web interfaces across multiple devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define quality expectations and shift testing left.
• Write structured, reusable test cases and detailed bug reports that help the team move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team workflows.
• Experience with manual and semi-automated testing of web applications.
• API testing, including auth flows, error handling, and payload validation.
• Proven experience testing frontend–backend architecture, REST APIs, session handling, and data flows.
• SQL-based data validation and backend consistency checks.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development processes.
• A strong "pixel-perfect" mindset and ability to quickly identify visual and behavioral UI issues.
