Job summary

AutoScale Ventures seeks a Technical QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and security across software products. You will test applications, APIs, databases, and new features, review code, and build automated tests.

Strong debugging, investigative skills, and experience with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, Python or JavaScript are required. You will work remotely from Pakistan with a global team, focusing on AI-assisted tooling, API validation, and robust QA processes to improve overall

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical QA or QA Automation roles.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience using logs, debugging tools, API responses, database queries to investigate failures.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, pytest.

Responsibilities

• Test features, integrations, APIs, databases, and new features.
• Build and maintain automated tests for critical functionality.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and tests for correctness.
• Conduct API testing including requests, responses, auth, error handling and data validation.
• Investigate issues using logs, stack traces, and debug tools.
• Provide clear bug reports with reproduction steps and evidence.
