Job summary

wisepathgroup is seeking a QA Associate to validate lead and call data, ensure routing accuracy, and support billing inputs within the customer-acquisition platform. You will audit CRM records and call-tracking data to protect data quality, revenue reconciliation, and partner billing, escalating complex discrepancies to the Reporting Manager.

The role is full-time and remote in the United States with overlap to the Reporting team in U.S. Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of QA, data auditing, call-center QA, lead-generation QA, or comparable quality-control experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Working knowledge of call-tracking platforms and lead-management CRMs.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit call-tracking data and CRM records for lead quality, routing accuracy, and compliance with campaign parameters.
• Review daily lead/call logs for data mismatches, invalid calls, scoring errors, missing fields, and other anomalies.
• Apply established QA protocols across the conversion funnel and document findings consistently.
• Support data gathering, cleaning, and verification used in performance reporting and partner invoicing.
• Follow and help improve QA SOPs to reduce manual errors and improve repeatability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external data feeds to flag quality issues before they affect billing or partner trust.
