Job summary

West Physics seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our nationwide diagnostics team. Based in Atlanta, GA, this onsite role focuses on testing our proprietary software, ensuring features meet requirements, and preparing materials for training and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional office-based experience, ideally including software QA or testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) required.
• Experience with JSON, SQL and XML preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing on new development projects and software releases.
• Document, prioritize, and log bugs in tracking systems, collaborating directly with developers to verify fixes.
• Analyze technical specifications to ensure new features are testable and meet design goals.
• Educate staff on new release materials for new and updated processes.
• Periodically assist with data entry related to new business acquisitions
