Tuknik Government Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business Analyst – Tester with a Secret security clearance to support our government customer. The position is remote and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, life and disability insurance, FSA, commuter benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, gather requirements, develop test cases

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA/QA/Automated Tester experience in software or automation projects.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into testable stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests.
• Build automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium, UiPath, Power Platform, or Python/C#/custom code.
• Support Appian-based applications testing, including Selenium where applicable.
• Collaborate with developers, RPA engineers, and system architects to identify defects and improvements.
• Document results, defects, and resolutions.
• Support regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Maintain test data, environments, and automation pipelines.
• Communicate testing status and quality metrics.
