• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience gathering requirements remotely and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and systems requirements clearly.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Create test plans, test cases, and supporting analysis documents.
• Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and address issues.
• Participate in discovery sessions and support change requests.
• Produce client-facing deliverables and participate in meetings.
