• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Business or related field.
• 2+ years in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience documenting and tracking issues within a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with automation solutions.
• Triage, document, and track incidents using a ticketing system.
• Communicate clearly with users to understand problems and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with developers to relay user feedback and support testing or validation of fixes.
• Develop, schedule, and distribute user communications including release notes and newsletters.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and knowledge base resources.
• Assist in gathering and documenting basic business requirements for improvements.
