Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and advance automation across web, mobile, and API testing. Qualifications
- 6+ years of software QA or QA automation experience.
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure.
- HIPAA knowledge preferred.
- ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Ensure software products meet high-quality standards through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
- Coordinate with multiple Scrum teams/PODs and support capacity planning.
- Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
