Job summary

Netguru is a remote-friendly company seeking a test automation engineer to join the QA team. You will design and maintain automated test code from scratch using JavaScript, WebdriverIO, Mocha and Chai, and drive tests through QA, UAT, and Production environments.

This role offers 100% remote work, flexible hours, and long-term collaboration on FinTech and E-commerce projects with a CET work schedule. The start date is early November 2026, with a minimum engagement of six months.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to write and maintain test code from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO for test automation.
• Solid experience with Mocha and Chai.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines , preferably Drone CI , including executing automated tests across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools for tracking test cases and results.
• Strong developer mindset — comfortable making incremental changes to test code, improving existing automation, and working without relying on manual testing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the automation test suite.
