Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. is seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites for web applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java, JUnit or TestNG, and Page Object Model.

You will own end-to-end testing within Agile or Kanban teams, contribute to test planning, run pipelines in CI/CD, analyze results, fix defects, and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to raise product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QA automation testing.
• Experience with web-based applications.
• Proficient with Selenium WebDriver in Java.
• Familiar with JUnit or TestNG.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model design patterns.
• Experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Ability to write clear automated test cases from requirements.
• Experience with cross-browser testing.
• Strong bug-tracking and defect reporting skills.
• Understanding CI/CD integration for test execution.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for element identification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, JUnit or TestNG, and the Page Object Model framework.
• Own end-to-end automation testing activities for Agile or Kanban projects.
• Build, enhance, and maintain reusable automation frameworks, libraries, utilities, and test data solutions.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated regression, smoke, functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Manage automation execution within CI/CD pipelines for stable release decisions.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and record defects.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Review automation code and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure scripts follow coding standards and maintainable design.
• Support cross-browser and web-based application testing.
• Write clear automated test cases from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation coverage and reporting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups.
