Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software QA, including manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Groovy and Java automation scripting.
• Experience testing web and mobile apps including REST APIs.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools (Lighthouse, Axe, JAWS, NVDA).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Position of Public Trust (MBI).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated test suites and test cases for CI/CD.
• Test REST APIs and web/mobile user interfaces (manual and automated).
• Develop and enhance test-automation frameworks in Groovy and Java.
• Explore AI Copilot to assist automation test creation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, and accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, designers, and PMs to define acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA process improvements.
• Ensure tests align with security protocols and standards.
• Stay current on QA trends in accessibility and security.
