Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting seeks a QA Automation Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing to support mission-critical enterprise applications delivering essential services to Alpha's external clients.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, solution architects, project managers and technical teams to ensure applications meet requirements, technical specifications and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of post-grad QA experience.
Strong proficiency with Playwright and Selenium.
Experience conducting QA in a fully remote environment.
Proficiency with Git-based source control.
Ability to perform both manual and automated testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Implement automated tests in C# with Selenium, Playwright, and/or Cypress.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for API and Web applications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test coverage, release efficiency, and production health.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and gaps in system behavior.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
