Eliassen Group is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to perform functional, load, and usability testing, plus CI/CD integration in a remote, contract role. You will review requirements, develop automated tests and scripts, and collaborate with agile teams to ensure high-quality software in financial services.

Ideal candidates have hands-on automation with Selenium/Java, experience in web and mobile testing (Appium/Xcode), and familiarity with databases and version control.

Formación

• Requires a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with automation using Selenium with Java or similar.
• Experience building automated test frameworks in Java or Perl.
• Hands-on with load, integration, security, and server-side testing.
• Automating web and mobile apps with Appium or Xcode.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Review requirements and design documents to provide feedback.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, test planning, defect review, and sprint planning.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate test activities.
• Develop and maintain functional test cases and automated scripts.
• Execute and evaluate automated tests and report results.
• Perform risk assessments and validate business requirements.
• Investigate bugs and write clear defect reports.
• Monitor and drive resolution of issues.
