Eliassen Group is seeking a QA professional for a remote position to perform functional, load, and usability testing, integrate with CI/CD, and conduct code reviews across Agile teams. The role emphasizes requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and results reporting.

Candidates should have automation experience (Selenium with Java or similar), test framework development in Java or Perl, and proficiency with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

Qualifications

• Technical degree or related work experience.
• Experience with Selenium with Java or similar automation tools.
• Experience building automated test frameworks using Java or Perl.
• Hands-on testing: load, integration, security, server-side.
• Automating web and mobile apps with Appium or Xcode.
• Relational databases knowledge: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Git version control and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with agile development.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide feedback.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, test planning, defect review, and sprint planning.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and artifacts.
• Execute and evaluate automated test cases and report results.
• Perform risk assessments and validate business requirements.
• Investigate bugs and write clear defect reports.
• Monitor, triage, and drive resolution of issues.
