Job summary

Foundry for Good is seeking a highly technical QA Automation & DevOps Specialist to improve product velocity and deployment reliability. You will own the transition from manual to automated testing, building scalable test systems and supporting infrastructure reliability.

This role sits at the intersection of Product and Engineering, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria while enabling faster, higher-quality releases. Remote, long-term with US-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to translate product requirements into automated tests.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-paced software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
• Translate product requirements into scalable automated tests.
• Improve QA processes and shift-left testing coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to meet acceptance criteria.
• Own CI/CD testing lifecycle and deployment reliability.
• Monitor performance and deployment stability; document best practices.
