Job summary

Foundry for Good is seeking a QA Automation & DevOps Specialist to improve product velocity and deployment reliability. You will own automated testing and help transition from manual to automated, scalable QA processes.

You’ll build and maintain automated test systems, reduce bottlenecks, and support infrastructure reliability, enabling faster, higher-quality releases while letting Product Designers and Engineers focus on high-value work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SaaS or rapid software development environments.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks (Playwright preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to cover critical product workflows.
• Translate product requirements into scalable automated test cases.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Own and optimize the testing lifecycle within the development process and CI/CD.
• Monitor deployment stability and document testing frameworks and best practices.
