Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for a long-term, fully remote fintech project. The role focuses on building robust automation coverage for payments and disbursement workflows in a fast-moving team.

You will design and maintain testing frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams across EST hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA automation experience.
• Strong TypeScript and Playwright expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD and containerized environments.
• Fintech or payments domain experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web apps, APIs, and services.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Create tests for complex workflows, data integrity, and state transitions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify and document bugs and work with engineering to improve QA coverage.
