Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field plus two years of experience as an application analyst or QA tester.
• Three years of QA/testing or analyst experience in applications.
• Familiarity with SDLC, QA methodologies, and test lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into testing strategies, test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria for deployments and integrations.
• Perform installation, upgrade, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing of enterprise apps and packages.
• Validate MSI, MSIX, EXE, and IntuneWin32 packages; verify silent install/uninstall, settings, licensing, and defaults.
• Test installations across OS images, hardware, and VDI to ensure a consistent end-user experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to reproduce, document, prioritize, and track defects to resolution.
• Validate interfaces, database transactions, and reports post-installation; ensure data integrity.
• Maintain test docs, environments, data, defects, and release validation records.
• Support user acceptance testing and post-release validation; monitor issues and apply fixes.
• Ensure changes comply with change control, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
