Job summary

Business Needs Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer in Atlanta, GA (Remote) to design, execute, and maintain testing strategies for web applications and APIs.

You will perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, with API validation using Postman and automation using Selenium or Playwright. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, experience in healthcare domains (Facets), and strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Proven experience in manual and automation testing across web applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and validate REST APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support CI/CD testing strategies.
