Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join the Console team. This is a 100% remote position with an option for a hybrid schedule for candidates in El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL.

You will test Keeper’s Admin Console web apps and backend APIs, ensuring security, reliability and usability for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and other QA teammates to design test plans, create and execute cases, and track defects across frontend and backend

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software QA or web testing
• Experience testing enterprise web apps and SaaS
• Experience validating backend APIs with Postman or similar
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and RBAC
• Able to create clear, reproducible test cases and defect reports
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Confluence or similar
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Test Admin Console web apps for functionality and reliability
• Validate backend APIs for console features using Postman
• Create and maintain test cases from requirements and user stories
• Test enterprise admin workflows including auth and RBAC
• Document defects with steps to reproduce
• Maintain test executions using Jira, TestRail, Confluence
• Collaborate with engineers, product and QA to validate fixes
• Participate in reviews, release validation and regression testing
• Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements
