Job summary

BeneLynk is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our remote team supporting Veteran Directed Care programs. You will design and execute test strategies, build test plans and scripts, and validate End-to-End workflows to ensure eligibility, budgets, timesheets, and payroll are accurate.

Collaborating with Product, UX, Operations, and Engineering, you will help deliver high-quality solutions while addressing accessibility, HIPAA, and compliance requirements for diverse user roles.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years QA/UAT experience leading product testing and analysis efforts across multiple QA/UAT initiatives.
• Experience in Agile business/software development lifecycle processes and methodologies; SCRUM fundamentals.
• Experience performing End-to-End testing across multiple applications and developing test plans, test scripts, and a coverage matrix.
• Ability to create test plans, test suites, and test cases from project/product specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise between developers, designers, product managers, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test suites, test cases, and test scripts for broad functionality.
• Execute role-based testing across platform personas — Enrollment Advocate, Veteran, Case Manager, Direct Care Worker, and partner agency (ADNA).
• Validate End-to-End service lifecycle: onboarding, caregiver engagement, time submission, payroll, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure QA/UAT plans align with business goals and requirements.
