Job summary

BeneLynk is seeking a UI/UX Designer to help build a Veteran Directed Care platform. This remote role (US) partners with product and engineering to turn user needs into intuitive wireframes and prototypes, with a focus on accessibility and HIPAA/VA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree in healthcare and 5+ years in UI/UX design.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and end‑user workflow expertise.
• Design for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher).
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping with modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
• Maintain a design system and component library.
• Plan user research, usability testing, and personas.
• Ensure accessibility and align with HIPAA/VA requirements.

Education
