Humana Inc. is seeking a Technology Solutions Professional to join our remote team and ensure the quality and reliability of technology solutions through comprehensive testing.

You will create test cases, validate configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve defects and validate fixes. The role supports the east coast business hours, with occasional production turn testing and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an agile delivery environment.
• 1+ year experience writing and validating test cases.
• Experience and understanding of clinical workflows and platforms.
• Ability to work one night/early morning a month to support production turn and required testing.
• Willingness to learn new applications, technologies, and QA methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on defined business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing to identify defects and validate system functionality.
• Document defects clearly, including expected and actual results, and track issues through resolution.
• Partner with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Retest resolved defects and validate that fixes meet expected requirements without introducing additional issues.
• Document testing activities, results, issues, and supporting evidence in accordance with established QA processes.
• Communicate testing progress, identified risks, defects, and resolution status to team members and management.
• Participate in requirements reviews, refinement sessions, and other team discussions to understand upcoming functionality and identify potential testing needs.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, documentation, and procedures.
• Provide input on future system configurations and potential solution improvements based on testing observations
