Fellow is seeking a QA Analyst to protect the end-to-end meeting experience across Web, Desktop, and Mobile apps, from planning through production. You will design test plans, perform exploratory testing, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape scope and quality.

You will own regression suites, maintain automated tests, and use AI tools like Cursor and Claude with careful validation. The role emphasizes manual testing, critical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to release

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manual QA experience with web, desktop, and/or mobile apps.
• Experience creating, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated end-to-end tests.
• Strong attention to detail, including noticeable inconsistencies and customer impact.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management to balance multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset to help teammates succeed in a fast-paced startup.
• Willingness to adapt when requirements are unclear or changing.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and validating their outputs.

Responsabilités

• Join projects from inception through deployment, offering feedback on scope, functionality, design, risk, and testability.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans for Web, Desktop, and Mobile, covering critical workflows and edge cases.
• Perform exploratory testing beyond documented cases to reflect real user behavior.
• Own and maintain automated end-to-end regression tests as the product evolves.
• Review regression coverage, add tests for new risks, and remove outdated tests.
• Investigate automated test failures, distinguish defects from flakiness, and address false positives.
