Job summary

Flexigrant, a cloud-based grant management platform part of Fluent Software Group, seeks a QA Analyst to own quality across the product. You will plan and run testing—from exploratory to automated tests—working closely with developers and the Product Manager to catch issues early.

This remote-first role is hands-on, with AI tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot integral to daily testing. You will contribute to automation, API testing, SQL data validation and help shape QA processes while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a software QA/testing role.
• Strong manual testing across devices and browsers.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
• API testing experience and working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to turn requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily use of AI tools with ability to review outputs.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Collaborative communicator with developers and product colleagues.
• Interest in AI-assisted testing workflows (desirable).
• Desirable ISTQB/BCS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and run manual testing across Flexigrant, including exploratory, functional, regression and edge-case testing.
• Build and maintain automated tests and grow coverage.
• Refine requirements with developers and Product Manager to create testable acceptance criteria.
• Reproduce and document issues with concise feedback for quick resolution.
• Perform API testing and use SQL to validate data.
• Support releases each sprint and participate in planning and stand-ups.
• Use AI tooling daily to improve testing processes.
• Share product knowledge and help improve QA processes across the team.
