Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare in utilization management and quality assurance review.
• HealthEdge HRCM, JIRA or Guiding Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA audits on completed reviews to ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Develop and deliver targeted education related to policies and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring initiatives and objectives for goal attainment.
• Research and evaluate data to identify discrepancies and trends.
