Outlier invites you to join a remote program designed for LatAm's best software engineers. As a QA Coder, you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft precise CS prompts to help models improve code generation.

This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity with flexible remote work and competitive rates. Earn up to $34 USD/hr, with additional incentives based on missions and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: read code from AI models and flag errors using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions (accuracy, instruction following, presentation).
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
