Gcore in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Billing Team and maintain a core Billing Engine that underpins global financial transactions and service delivery.

You will build backend features in Python with Django, design REST APIs, optimize PostgreSQL queries, and work with RabbitMQ, Celery, and Kubernetes in a distributed, Agile environment. Remote-friendly with hybrid work options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software development principles and lifecycle.
• Expertise in Python programming with Django framework.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ) and async task queues (Celery).
• API design and consumption, CI/CD practices, and DevOps basics.
• Fluent English; remote collaboration in international teams.
• Kubernetes and containerization experience.
