Qualifications

• Degree or license in electrical engineering required.
• At least two years of solar operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience with machine learning applications for predictive maintenance in PV and BESS systems.
• Ability to work independently and ensure seamless handover to the next working shift.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and renewable energy asset management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of grid-scale energy storage operations, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Certifications in energy analytics, data science, or renewable energy technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time data from Solar and Energy Storage sites to identify anomalies, trends, and performance deviations.
• Analyze system performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Handle complex and critical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose system issues and propose corrective actions.
• Remotely diagnose, troubleshoot, and reset equipment.
• Utilize data visualization tools and software to present insights to management and engineering teams.
• Support predictive analytics models for performance forecasting and preventative maintenance planning.
• Maintain and improve data integrity and document analytical findings accurately and timely.
• Investigate historical trends to optimize system configurations and improve future deployments.
