Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to organize, purchase, and track materials for projects. You will work closely with Design, Operations, and Field partners to ensure materials arrive on time and meet project specs.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in purchasing and ERP systems. A GED or higher is required, with preferred associate or bachelor’s degree and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year purchasing, materials, or supply chain experience; SAP experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order materials and supplies efficiently to ensure timely delivery before installation.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, pricing and terms of sale.
• Utilize ERP systems for placing orders, tracking materials and reporting.
• Run daily purchasing and material reports with accurate data and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations and Field partners; assist training for Purchasing Associates.
