Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to organize, purchase, and track materials for projects. You will work with Design, Operations, and Field partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate purchasing.

Responsibilities include ERP-based ordering, vendor coordination, and daily reporting, with emphasis on problem solving and effective communication. High school diploma required; SAP experience preferred, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year of purchasing, materials, or supply chain experience.
• SAP experience and material resource planning knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of products used by the company.

Responsibilities

• Order materials and supplies efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, pricing, and terms.
• Analyze product and delivery systems for future material availability.
• Develop specifications or substitutes as needed.
• Coordinate homebuyer material approvals with Design.
• Ensure samples are available for designers and customers.
• Organize and schedule material returns with suppliers.
• Utilize ERP to place orders and track materials.
• Run daily purchasing and material reports.
• Handle high-volume locations and complex purchasing.
