House Buyers of America is seeking a Purchasing Manager based in Mesa, AZ. This fully remote role involves bidding, managing and negotiating all contracts for home renovations, overseeing purchasing, and developing scopes of work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding and ability to speak some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, submit invoices, track project budgets, and ensure contractors perform work per contract.
• Negotiate costs and creatively source products to lower costs and improve renovations.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets for each renovation job.
