Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Manager of Purchasing to lead procurement and inventory management for pharmaceuticals across locations with a focus on strategic sourcing and team leadership. The role emphasizes compliance with DSCSA standards and strong collaboration across departments.

You will build processes, mentor staff, and coordinate with other teams for audits while ensuring timely medication availability and supporting the company’s mission to help cancer and rare-disease

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• MBA or other Advanced Business Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of pharmaceutical products for all locations and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory activities with focus on team development.
• Develop and document procurement processes; standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support DSCSA compliance monitoring and roll out.
• Collaborate with accounting/audit teams as needed.
• Assist in onboarding, training and performance feedback for new hires.
• Act as primary back-up for the director and support fulfillment teams.
• Adhere to the Company Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
