Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Track purchase orders from order to delivery and notify stakeholders.
• Expedite purchase orders per policy or manager direction.
• Create customer owned bulk purchase orders and create purchase orders as requested by Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain master item data to established company guidelines and standards.
• Assist warranty with returns and vendor websites.
• Process reports in NetSuite and export to Excel for stakeholders.
