Job summary

The Montage Accessories Co. Ltd. is seeking a Buyer Assistant to support the Purchasing team in optimizing inventory across seven brands and multiple warehouse locations. You will learn how the supply chain operates and how to use analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

You will gain mentorship and coaching to set you up for success while contributing to inventory monitoring, PO processing, and cross-functional reporting. Remote work is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory trends and inventory availability.
• Place and revise POs with vendors.
• Assist with containerization of shipments by location.
• Assist with customs clearance and import documentation.
• Separate POs by distribution center to ensure right allocation.
• Develop reports on ad hoc basis focused on performance, stock positions, and trends.
• Prepare slides and reports for cross-functional, executive, and vendor meetings.
• Review vendor invoices and support the Purchasing / Operations department.
• Control inventory feeds to ensure balanced warehouse throughput.
