Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years of retail merchant experience at the senior level.
• Firm understanding of category management and assortment planning practices.
• Proven experience gathering and understanding product trends.
• Creativity to support product innovation and newness.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proven vendor negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail with big-picture focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to build cross-departmental partnerships.
• Self-directed and driven with business sense.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
