Job summary

Labela is actively seeking U.S.-based pulmonologists at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting to validate and audit AI-driven clinical reasoning. This fully remote role offers flexible, project-based hours to fit around clinical duties, with a defined engagement window from July 30 to August 31, 2026.

You will serve as a subject matter expert to ensure AI outputs align with ATS/Chest standards, review complex case materials, and advise on AI-enabled pulmonary decision support.

Qualifications

• US-based citizenship or residency required.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ATS/CHEST standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate pulmonary case presentations, PFT interpretation, and chest imaging.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for pulmonary care.
