Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for the Pulmonary segment in Omaha, NE. The role engages Pulmonologists and key customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages, grow revenue, and meet product goals in the asthma indication.

You will work with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, and other stakeholders to address customer needs while upholding high integrity and compliance with US policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings as necessary - additional travel may be required within the territory.
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
• High integrity and compliance with guidelines; operate as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Engage Pulmonary customers within assigned geography and deliver clinically focused messages to drive asthma product goals.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to support brand and corporate objectives and ensure account success.
• Build relationships with pulmonary experts, coordinators, and staff within geography.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow territory business and product utilization.
• Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize the budget allocated to the territory to support strategies and growth.
• Participate in industry congresses, meetings, and medical conferences.
• Own business opportunities with large group practices and other key targets.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders in the territory; drive customer value.
