Job summary

JWX is seeking an Account Manager to drive long-term publisher growth by building strong relationships with premier clients and leveraging our media-focused platform to maximize revenue. You will serve as the primary contact, identify upsell opportunities, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Account Management, Publisher Development, or related digital media/advertising tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of premier publishers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsells and feature adoption.
• Become an expert on the JWX platform and articulate its value to publishers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align publisher needs with product and support.
• Oversee post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews and renewals.
• Use CRM tools to forecast, track interactions, and report on account health and growth.
