Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience within the entertainment industry, agency, or media company including internships.
• At least one year managing a high-volume desk.
• Must reside in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PR Director with daily calendar management and internal communications.
• Coordinate client logistics for press events and red carpet appearances.
• Create and maintain schedules for the talent roster.
