AlphaGov is building a bench of survey research managers to design statistically sound surveys for local governments, school systems, and utilities. You would run fieldwork, analyze results, and turn findings into plain-language insights for decision makers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading public-sector survey projects.
• Proficiency with survey software and statistical methods.
• Strong written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design questionnaires and sampling plans for resident, customer, and employee surveys.
• Manage multi-mode fieldwork (online, phone, mail, address-based sampling).
• Weight data and calculate margins of error and response rates.
• Analyze results with cross-tabs, benchmarks, and trend comparisons.
• Plan and moderate focus groups and community listening sessions.
• Write reports and dashboards and present findings to councils and boards.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming.
