Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience planning multi-stakeholder project plans across levels.
• Proven ability to manage risks and guide executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large, multi-faceted projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and group decision-making processes.
• Build relationships with community organizations, government entities, and partners.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Document processes and stakeholder needs; capture priority differences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Support organizational change initiatives with effective communication.
• Ensure equity-focused project delivery reflecting populations served.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates.
