Third Sector Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client engagements with government and philanthropic partners, delivering high-quality results over 6–18 month projects. The role emphasizes equity, relationship-building, and durable solutions that improve how public systems serve communities.

You will manage two simultaneous projects, supervise teams, and guide the development of work plans, analyses, and client communications.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, or related field.
• Proven track record leading project teams and managing client engagements.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Experience working with government agencies or public systems (US).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop work plans, analyze data, and draw actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead two client projects simultaneously and manage teams.
• Oversee workplanning, progress tracking, and deliverable quality.
• Coordinate client meetings, progress updates, and financial management.
• Support partnership development and learning efforts within the organization.
• Create and edit client-facing content across reports and briefings.
