Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO for a major SaaS/IT implementation serving state agencies. You will lead cross-functional teams, enforce PM governance, and drive successful delivery across multiple streams, including risk and issue management.

This role emphasizes strong client service, communication, and analytical thinking, with remote work allowed for candidates based in the continental United States. A PMP and extensive IT project experience are required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Requires seven (7) years of broad, extensive PM experience; at least four (4) years as a senior PM on large/complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification from PMI are required; PMP cannot be substituted with experience.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis, but PMP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal PM processes across all project workstreams (leadership, functional, technical, organizational change management).
• Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, issues and overall health, including stakeholder presentations.
• Assist CSPS Leadership in monitoring system integrator performance and advising improvements to PM processes.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and drive high-quality delivery through team collaboration.
