Job summary

Crowe seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the CSPS PMO on a large, multi-year IT implementation. The role requires seven years of PM experience, including four years on large IT projects, a Bachelor's degree, and a PMP certification.

Remote work is allowed for continental US-based staff, with occasional travel to Sacramento. You will lead PM processes, governance, risk and stakeholder reporting, and partner with clients and system integrators to drive delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Seven years of PM experience, with at least four years on large or complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification required.
• PMP certification is mandatory; education substitutions are allowed for other experience only.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and core PM skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formal PM processes across all project workstreams (leadership, functional, technical, organizational change).
• Ensure documentation is maintained per policy and procedure.
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, issues, and overall health; present to stakeholders.
• Assist CSPS leadership in monitoring system integrator performance.
• Recommend improvements to project management processes.
