Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee PMO activities for the CSPS program. The role emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, ensuring formal PM processes, and delivering high-quality results for a large, multi-agency IT implementation.

Requires seven years of PM experience, four as a senior PM on large IT projects, plus a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification. Remote work is allowed with US-based staffing requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of broad, extensive PM experience.
• At least four (4) years as a senior PM on large or complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification from PMI.
• PMP certification is required and cannot be substituted with experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure formal PM processes are in place across all project workstreams.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, issues, and health; present to stakeholders.
• Assist CSPS Leadership Team in monitoring system integrator performance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve project management processes.
